In this seasonal workshop, we’ll take a deep dive into the Cancerian curriculum, exploring the ways we orient instinctually around emotion, paying special attention to sensations and stories of attachment and bonding.
With the nature of water and the rhythms of the moon as our guides, we’ll practice succumbing to states of fluid expansion, emptiness and release, inviting our emotive bodies to receive holding, witnessing and care.
